It's been a while since I've had a "wind". Maybe this is the first time for the yellow label?
Purchased at the Nihonbashi Fukushima Product Hall MIDETTE.
The dried meko fish was also purchased at MidetTE. It seems to be grilled after being marinated in squid fish sauce, kelp broth, and shiitake mushroom broth. Sake drinkers can't get enough of this.
Sake from Fukushima and a side dish from Fukushima. It is the best combination!
Oh, the yellow label seems to have a slight sourness in the first sip. The familiar wind is very soft, so it's a bit of a change of pace. It's delicious!
