Fruity and very drinkable. Personally, I quite like the taste. It can be used as a food wine as it enhances the flavors of the surrounding food well. I would like to repeat this bottle.
Not only was it fruity, refreshing, and easy to drink, but it also had a sense of maturity and strength typical of sake. Although it can be served as a mealtime sake, I personally prefer to drink it by itself after a meal.
