The label was designed for overseas sales by a student of Kyoto University of Art and Design. Easy to drink. I preferred it lukewarm rather than at room temperature. It went well with roasted surume. I think I'll try it chilled next time.

It's natural that the taste changes depending on the vessel you drink it in, but this is a sake that you can really enjoy. I personally prefer the shallow sake cup type inokuchi, followed by the Nohsaku Guchig bottoms. I was convinced when I tried it in a wine glass, because it says that it won the highest gold medal in the "Delicious sake in a wine glass award". It's also very delicious. I will definitely buy it again.
