I've never had a hiyaoroshi with such an explosion of fruit.
Warmed up was recommended, but I thought it was much better cold (personally).

Unfiltered Raw Sake.
It's delicious and has a strong flavor, as you would expect.
In my opinion.
I'd rather pair it with dry food than sashimi.
