It's been a while since I checked in. I was struggling with a bottle that I didn't really like, but I couldn't resist and opened a bottle of this one! I am full of happiness.
Sake for the first time in a long time. After all, sake is the best. I opened a bottle of my favorite sake because I have to start all over again. I can do my best!

I don't think the depth of sake can be fully described only by its selling price.
It is said to be brewed with rice from natural farming methods that they are particular about. It is dry, has a good ginjo aroma, and is crisp. Delicious ^_^.
