I actually went to buy a different sake, but they didn't have it, so I went with this one. I thought it was a little too glamorous, but it was rather delicious.
Yamanashi Meijo sells a bottle of sake named after each of the seven wise men in the bamboo grove, from which the name Shichiken was derived, only at the brewery. The taste is quite light and gorgeous.
Seven Sages' new brew is made only from the first drop of freshly squeezed sake. It's fruity and slightly carbonated. It is the most gorgeous and delicious of the Seventh Ken.
