Ohtake Brewery's original limited edition blended sake. It is available at the Otake Sake Shop's standing drink store. This standing drink is very popular, so I stopped by and bought it. They also had a number of other original limited edition sake from other breweries.
The rice is hoshi-jirushi.
I did not know there was a brewery in Inazawa. I bought it with such high expectations that water from Kiso Mikawa would be good.
It greatly exceeded my expectations and is a well-balanced sake that is quite cost-effective. It is delicious.
I heard that it was named after the five tastes and two aromas, which are compared to the seven colors of the rainbow.
It won first place in the Junmai Daiginjo category of the SAKE COMPETITION 2023.
The taste was clear and delicious. I think it is a very good sake.
The brewery's policy is to create sake that our predecessors could not make with modern technology while respecting classic recipes.

It uses water from the 48 Falls of Akame. The water must be good.
The balance is excellent.
Sake degree +4, acidity 1.3
Rice polishing 45%, alcohol 16%.
The taste is so good that it goes in easily. The balance is exquisite. Good, good, good.
I drank one of the two bottles right away and let the other one sit for a while to compare them. But I couldn't remember what it tasted like before.
Limited edition. The label is very spirited.
The rice is grown in-house and is characterized by the use of high quality Yamadanishiki.
The taste is light and dry. As expected of Kuheiji. However, it is a little expensive due to the branding fee.
