The refreshing taste of Yuzu blended well with the taste of the sake itself, and I found myself drinking more and more of it. I prefer the taste of Yuzu to that of Peach, so I will definitely be purchasing a subscription to this one as well 😂.

While watching Kohaku, I thought about what to drink to close out the year and chose "Raifuku" to bring good luck. I chose "Raifuku" because it had a well-balanced Yamada-Nishiki, with a hint of sweetness, bitterness, and depth, but the aftertaste was clean and refreshing. It was a very flavorful sake with a clean aftertaste.
