While watching Kohaku, I thought about what to drink to close out the year and chose "Raifuku" to bring good luck. I chose "Raifuku" because it had a well-balanced Yamada-Nishiki, with a hint of sweetness, bitterness, and depth, but the aftertaste was clean and refreshing. It was a very flavorful sake with a clean aftertaste.
