We received a bottle of Viridian from Shinsei. Today was the last day of work for this year. A lot has really happened this year, and I think it has been a memorable year in a good way. To celebrate, we started with a glass of wine. Fruity and mellow aroma, a little carbonation, pleasant to drink, and a clean aftertaste... I couldn't help but order a second glass 😂 It seems to be a rare sake, so if I find it, I'll buy it immediately!
