First of all, it was fun!
I love that space!
For 800 yen, you can choose 3 drinks from 9 kinds. There was also a small appetizer.
First up was the ⓵ number one, the Toonne!
I guess the sake brewer changes the number 1, Toonone, each time.
The seventh time was at the Banno Sake Brewery.

It has a sweetness at first, but then the umami taste starts to come out. It is not fruity, but more like a soup stock.
