I used to think that sparklers were not enough, but this one is quite good. The aroma is more like white wine than sake, and there is a carbonation feeling, so I enjoyed a new taste that I don't find often elsewhere.
It reminded me of the different taste of Obuse's Soga Pere Efis that I got a long time ago.
