I bought this when I visited Kunimei Sake Brewery. It is said that this sake is only sold in the Rumoi area.
I bought it because it is the sweetest sake. As the description says, it is better to drink it at room temperature rather than chilled.
This is the first time I have enjoyed sake from Hokkaido.

The watery mouthfeel and the way it goes down smoothly is better than any other sake I have had in the past, and I thought it was quite delicious.
It was kept outside so it was chilled to minus 5 degrees Celsius, and when it was warmed up to room temperature, there were bubbles at the bottom of the sake cup and I felt some gassiness.
I usually drink only one glass of sake for dinner, but it was too good and I drank two glasses.
It is such a delicious sake.

近所の酒屋さんでうめ子以外で紹介してもらった2本目です。
始めて開けて注いだ一杯目は芳香が鼻腔を強く突き抜け、ちょっと苦手を感じたのですが、飲み進めて行くうちに、消えたので、開けたてだった為に発生した芳香だったのかな？と思います。
二口、三口と進めて行くうちに、しっかりとした旨味を感じ、米の甘さが口に広がります。飲んだ後の口に広がるじんわりとした旨味がクセになり、再度飲み進めたくなるそんなお酒です。
アテは天ぷらだったのですが、油をさっぱり洗い流してくれた後、尚旨味を口に広げて存在感を示してました。
旨いので次回は純米大吟醸を飲んでみたいです。

I had always wanted to drink it because I was attracted by the cool label, but when I happened to go to the store, I found the last bottle in a 4-Gou bottle!
The impression I got from the bottle was that it was a sake-like sake, with a robust flavor and a fruity taste that I liked.
I liked the taste. The gasiness was also weak.
It has a strong lingering aftertaste, which makes you realize that this is a delicious sake.

This sake was recommended by a master of sake.
He always said it was delicious and that I should definitely drink it, so I saw it at a liquor store in Sapporo and got it!
It was just as my master said.
The moment I drank it, all I could say was "It's so good!

On the second day, the band becomes even thicker and the umami spreads.
It is low in alcohol and only contains 500ml, so it will run out quickly...
It might be good to drink as an introduction to sake.
