I told the priest of the shrine that I like Chiyomusubi, and he gave me this one.
He said that even though he cannot drink alcohol, he donates a lot of sake to the shrine on New Year's Day...
I drank it chilled all the time, but it tastes better at room temperature (lol).
The rich aroma and umami spread in the mouth.
When chilled, the spiciness comes out a little stronger.
It is mellow at room temperature.
