I drank 2 kinds of drinks and can't register😭 Mutoya is located on the first floor of Sendai Station. You can always sample more than 20 kinds of sake. I had an errand to run later, so I had two kinds of the smallest quantity, 50ml 400yen. The staff lady was very knowledgeable about sake and gave me her recommendation. The first type was a muddy sake that she recommended when I told her I liked nama sake. It is "Awasetsu no Matsushima" by Yamatogura Sake Brewery. It is dry, but goes down a treat. The second type of sake was "Shoun Kinryu" by Kinryuzo, which the lady recommended as "fragrant and a little sweet. Indeed, it had a mellow aroma. Cheetara? It was perfect for a cheetara snack. The staff is very attentive and helpful, so please go there and try their sake.

I bought it at Super Kichiike in Okachimachi. My parents are from Sado Island, so I was impressed to see that they sold Manotsuru, sake sold only on the island, and coffee milk from Sado Dairy, a favorite of mine since I was a child. Aside from that, I was able to sample some sake from a Gifu sake brewery in the sake department on the second basement floor. There were many kinds of sake, but the one that I recommend the most right now is this nama sake. When I was allowed to try it, I found it to be very smooth and delicious! It is sweet and fruity and you can gobble it up. There are green and red varieties, but I think the green one is for drinking and cooking, and the red one is for drinking in the evening. This time I bought the red one. It was the first time in a long time that I was surprised at how well it suited my palate. I will drink it with care.

Purchased at Liquor World 21 Shibata in Nagoya. I went to buy it without telling my boss on a business trip to Nagoya. I tend to make impulse purchases when I see words like "limited edition". There were no store clerks other than the cashier (is that okay?). I couldn't ask for a recommendation, so I bought it because it was recommended by the manager on the store's POP. It's a good sip, so you can drink it or use it for cooking! I used it so much for cooking that I haven't been able to drink much. ....

I bought it at "Nomono" in the Akihabara station ticket gate. I sometimes want to stop by "Nomono" because they do tasting, but I am too tired and want to go home. I wonder if they stock much here, but it seems that they used to have a reservation. I was curious and bought it because it was in the store. It has a refreshing taste and seems to go well with Japanese food. (I used it not as a drinker but as a jabu-jabu for meat and potatoes, and it was delicious.) Do they carry it on the Tsukuba Express? I'm afraid I've recently learned to drink not only sweet but also dry.

Purchased at Marugoto Nippon in Asakusa. The unrefined spirit is sedimentary, and when mixed, it feels thickened like dobrok, pure white. The mouthfeel is mellow, and it lives up to its Nectar name (it doesn't taste like peaches). It's sweet! I would say it's more suited for an evening drink than with a meal. I recommend it for women! (Vocabulary! That's all I wrote!)

Purchased at Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi. The sake sales area is located at the back of the standing drinking area, so it was very difficult to get there.... There was a wide variety of sake, but I bought one that was made with apricot flower yeast (they also had mandarin oranges). It was 90% koji rice, but there was nothing but apricot flavor! It is no longer a fruit sake. It is a fruit sake, but it also has a faint taste of sake. It has a sake strength of -52, so it is super sweet and suitable for women and beginners!

I buy it at a supermarket near my house. They have an exclusive contract with Yoshino Sake Brewery or something. The picture is old, but it tastes good, so I buy it regularly (probably seasonal). It is very sweet (like a refreshing sweet sake, not very sweet) and easy to drink, even for women. The plum wine here is excellent, and I highly recommend drinking it.

Purchased at Cool Japan Expo. The lady at the tasting (probably from the brewery) was a good sales person and told me that the brewery was in a fire, so I bought it in the hope that it would be profitable. It was not my favorite taste...

Purchased at Yamanaka Sake store at Osaka Station Station Marche (maybe they also have a corner shop?). Very easy to drink, very fruity with a pineapple-like sweetness. It is very easy to drink, very fruity with a pineapple-like sweetness. I finished it in an instant. Recommended for women and beginners. It goes well with Japanese food.
