ゆらて
This sake is from my hometown Tochigi (Mifuku Shuzo). I've been looking for a super-sweet sake too much lately, probably due to fatigue, but this one has a good balance of subtle sweetness and acidity! I think he has a great sense of naming it (bald father...), but it looks good for both regular drinking and cooking sake. She is my partner for dinner these days.
