The hash brown flavor was very prominent, not a balanced one, I took an empty sip first, it was very sour and sweet, not my favorite flavor.
But today it was paired with a slightly spicy fish sauce with small seafood! The flavor of the sake was greatly enhanced, and it became very drinkable, so I finished it in one gulp!

Incidentally, a bottle of sake costs 318 RMB in China, which is about 6,500 yen.
