Junmai Nigori Nama Sake from Miyazumi Meizo Co. in Aizu, Fukushima. I really like this one. It's slightly carbonated and full of freshness. Origari nama sake is just delicious. I think I could drink it all at once. We often drink Koeigiku and Kaze no Mori, but I think Aizu sake is different from them.

A snowman, a tradition at this time of year. The winter nigorizake season is about to begin. It's stylish, not overpowering, and still easy to drink. I buy it every year.

Wakanami after a long time. It is a Daiginjo like Shogatsu Genba. It is a Daiginjo nama sake made from Yamada Nishiki. It's delicious. It's so refreshing and refined that you can drink it for吞 as much as you like. WAKANAMI is my favorite brand and I want to drink it a lot this year.

Kouyoungiku's Hakugetsu. It's a refreshing summer sake, following on from the Dusk Orange we had the other day. It's even more refreshing and easy to drink than the Twilight Orange. It is fresh and clean, and has an aroma like a green apple, as is often said. With its refreshing acidity, it is truly a summer sake. It's easy to drink at 13 degrees, but Koenigiku's Anastasia Green, Twilight Orange, and this Shirazuki are all low in alcohol content and easy to drink, so I feel a little inadequate. Is it a luxury problem?

Dusk Orange🍊 by Saga's Koujiku Well, it is full of citrus sourness. If you say it's an orange, it certainly has that feeling. I like other brands of Kouyougiku better, but this one is interesting. It's 12 degrees, so you'll probably finish it in no time. It goes well with everything except Japanese food.

It was pressed directly from the storage tank at Matsuda Sake Shop in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture, where I was on a business trip. This sake has a unique aroma. When you first open the bottle, it has a strong scent like ramune. It is 17 degrees, which is quite high, so it is very pleasant to drink.

My first Tobiroki. Lately, I've been drinking a lot of light sake, so this sake was easy to drink, but it was the first time in a long time that I had a solid impression of sake. Perhaps it's because it's been a while since I've had a brewed sake since I've had a lot of unpasteurized ones, but even this one felt thick. It's interesting to compare different kinds of sake. I'll let it sit for a while and enjoy it.

Dragonfly Special Junmai Sake This is a sake that is not usually shipped, but it was shipped to a liquor store that they have a special contract with. All of Wakaha's Dragonfly series are delicious. The sweetness and flavor of this sake increased as the bottle was opened, and it was delicious. We are looking forward to the next Dragonfly.

Anastasia Green of Kouei Chrysanthemum. Like Kouyougiku, it is 13 degrees and refreshing. and easy to drink. I love Kaze no Mori and this kind of sake, but Kouyougiku has a really washed out flavor. I think it's my second favorite after Snow Crescent. It's perfect for this season.

As the name suggests, this series is 80% polished rice. The rice is Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture. When you first open the bottle, it is refreshing but has a complex taste. As the day goes by, the miscellaneous taste is removed and the sweetness of the rice stands out. Aizan is also very good. Oh yeah, I found something new about Kaze no Mori. On the bottom of the sake bottle, there is an engraving of Kaze no Mori. I've never noticed it before, but it's quite rare.

Loman, my favorite sake. This is a low alcohol, once-heated sake. At 13 degrees, it's easy to drink, and it's a little underwhelming, but But it is delicious. This year, I'm going to follow the Lohman series all year round. I wish I could have drunk it under the cherry blossoms at Hanami.

Seasonal limited sake of "Dragonfly" series. Black Dragonfly is unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The flavor of the Dragonfly series is like a royal road of Japanese sake. It is light, refreshing and smooth. It is slightly dry and has a refreshing taste. It is a sake to drink in spring.

As the name suggests, the 807 is a series in which the rice is polished to 80% and the rice is not polished too much, and the energy of the earth is used for fermentation to maximize the rich and complex flavor. When you open the bottle, the carbon dioxide gas makes a powerful "pop! and It has a slight carbonation. You can taste the complex flavor of umami, spicy, sweet? You can taste the complexity of the flavor. It is fruity and easy to drink like Kaze no Mori. After opening the bottle, I let it sit for a while I felt it was easier to drink after the bottle was opened.

This is a completely locally distributed sake from Gemba Honten in Fukushima, famous for "Abukuma". Junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake, shiboritate. I bought it at my favorite liquor store in Osaka, which is the only wholesaler in western Japan. It's a tribute to the local pride, Sakura🌸. It's a little dry, but easy to drink and delicious. It has a nice aroma. It's perfect for my current mood of looking forward to the arrival of spring and the blooming of cherry blossoms.

I like Wakanami. This is a Junmai Ginjo raw sake. It's orthodox, but delicious. I think this level of flavor is my standard. When I lived in Hakata, I only knew Nabeshima of Saga. I also bought a bottle of Kuro-donbo, and I'm going to compare them.

The local pride is a famous sake. It has been a long time since I bought Akishika Shuzo. As the name suggests, it is pressed using the direct pumping method, where the sake is bottled directly from the tank. The flavor is as fresh as you'd expect. Recently, I've been drinking a lot of origara-mi, slightly carbonated, sweet sake. The light dry taste is fresh. It's delicious.

I bought this one because I liked Ichirōman, the Junmai Daiginjo of Roman, which I drank before. The Roman series is also very good. The Ichiroman is my favorite, but this one is also delicious. Recently, I've been addicted to the light nigori, subtle sweetness and slight carbonation. I'm addicted to it. I'd like to try the other Romans too.

I bought it in January at a liquor store near Aburanaga Shuzo. Originally it was sold at the end of the year for the local market, but due to circumstances it was left over. It's true that 807 of Akitsuho is not on the homepage. Is it a rare thing? But, this was really delicious. It has a slight sweetness and sourness, and it seems to be a series that doesn't polish the rice too much, so it has a complex taste, but it's rich in the flavor of the rice. I wonder if it's because it's Akitsuho, a local rice. Anyway, it was a blissful time.

I don't usually drink nigorizake, but... But this one is delicious. It has a flavor like green apple or banana, but it's not that thick, and it's really easy to drink. It seems to have been made by reviving an ancient technique. I want to buy it if I can get it again.
