hirokiAs the name suggests, this series is 80% polished rice. The rice is Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture.
When you first open the bottle, it is refreshing but has a complex taste.
As the day goes by, the miscellaneous taste is removed and the sweetness of the rice stands out. Aizan is also very good.
Oh yeah, I found something new about Kaze no Mori. On the bottom of the sake bottle, there is an engraving of Kaze no Mori. I've never noticed it before, but it's quite rare.
