As the name suggests, it is pressed using the direct pumping method, where the sake is bottled directly from the tank.
The flavor is as fresh as you'd expect.
Recently, I've been drinking a lot of origara-mi, slightly carbonated, sweet sake.
The light dry taste is fresh.
It's delicious.
