Lately, I've been drinking a lot of light sake, so this sake was easy to drink, but it was the first time in a long time that I had a solid impression of sake.
Perhaps it's because it's been a while since I've had a brewed sake since I've had a lot of unpasteurized ones, but even this one felt thick.
It's interesting to compare different kinds of sake.
I'll let it sit for a while and enjoy it.
