Kouyoungiku's Hakugetsu. It's a refreshing summer sake, following on from the Dusk Orange we had the other day.
It's even more refreshing and easy to drink than the Twilight Orange.
It is fresh and clean, and has an aroma like a green apple, as is often said.
With its refreshing acidity, it is truly a summer sake.
It's easy to drink at 13 degrees, but Koenigiku's Anastasia Green, Twilight Orange, and this Shirazuki are all low in alcohol content and easy to drink, so I feel a little inadequate.
Is it a luxury problem?
