Forest of the wind It's very popular. I didn't know about it even though I live in a neighboring prefecture. I picked it up at a liquor store near a sake brewery. It's a sake made with rice from Nara. It's refreshing and swooshing. I like this guy. I plan to enjoy the changes over time. I bought another bottle, another brand, so I'm looking forward to that one too!

"Yamawaboshi" is a collaboration between "Yamawa" Yamawa Shuzo brewery and Yamawaboshi" is a collaboration between "Yamawa" Yamawa brewery and "Hakurakusei" Niizawa brewery. There are two types of sake, nama-shu and hi-ire, and this time we chose nama-shu. I was grateful to be able to drink this special sake not in Miyagi Prefecture, but in a local area. It was refreshing and easy to drink. Next time, I'd like to try it hot.

As the name suggests, it is lightly cloudy and gentle on the palate. Fresh and easy to drink. As the day went by, the sweetness also increased. It's delicious. I emptied it immediately.

This is a daiginjo for the New Year. Mmmm. It is delicious. It has an indescribably sweet flavor and some acidity when served cold. The aroma is wonderful. I can't stop drinking it. I've heard that it can also be enjoyed warm, but it's best served cold. It's delicious.

We started our New Year's Eve home drinking with Wakanami Sparkling. It is lightly muddled and easy to drink at 13 degrees. It has a refreshing aroma of citrus and a light cloudy swoosh. Of course it's delicious! Wakaha has a lot of other delicious sakes from the country. The Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo is also recommended.

We've been drinking a lot of unfiltered raw sake lately. I went to a liquor store I know and picked out a sake that is good both cold and warmed. I heard that it is only distributed locally in Hayaseura. It's a man's sake from the Hokuriku region, and as its reputation suggests, it hits hard. I'm going to savor it with hot pot and warmed sake.

This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Koeigiku Shuzo Co. The Snow Crescent from last time was good, but I like the taste of this one too. It's easy to drink and has a wonderful aroma. The common denominator is the crisp acidity and fruitiness. I'm going to enjoy the changes in flavor over the next few days.

As others have posted, the label is very modern, reminiscent of Twitter It's a daiginjo made with three types of sake: Yamadanishiki, Hanamuki, and Hanabuki. It's a sake for different tastes. It has a complex flavor, and it is interesting, but I think I prefer to use only Yamadanishiki. However, the concept is to create a completely new form of Trans (Transcendence, Transformation), so I recommend it as an interesting sake!

Snow Crescent by Koei Kiku Sake Brewery in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture. It is often said that it has a citrus aroma like grapefruit, but it is so fragrant that you can drink as much as you want.
