It is perfect as a food wine. My wife says she prefers it as a stand-alone sake.
It has a clear flavor with few peculiarities and is easy to pair with anything.
Less sweet for a Senkyo. But easy to drink.
Strong message as sake content.
Also, I always prefer the taste of Sentori after letting it sit in the fridge for a bit after opening the bottle.
Not too sweet, fresh. Easy to drink, a little tangy when first put on the tongue, slowly adjusting.
After about 5 days after opening, the flavor softens, which is also good.
