Fruity and floral as the name suggests. It is not too sweet and easy to drink. Takaraiya has a lot of sober sakes, so when introducing them to newcomers, this area seems to be better received.

Pale golden color. The aroma is full and complex. It is rather dry, but has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness. A valuable sake that can be easily matched with yakimono (grilled dishes), as there are many fruity and refreshing sake nowadays.

Hatsu Shibori-nama sake sold at a supermarket on New Year's Day. The aroma is quite gorgeous, and it has a refreshing, albeit slightly bitter, taste. However, since it is a pure sake at 18 degrees Celsius, I was a little concerned about the alcohol taste that lingered on my nose.

Intensely fruity aroma. I thought it might be cellulenin resistant, but it is yeast #901. Sake is really difficult to make.

This is a limited time sake that is always released at the end of the year. I bought this one exactly one year ago and kept it in the refrigerator. It is delicious cold and full of flavor. I wonder if it tastes a bit bland when heated.
