I always feel that the Uraku style is not as good as the original, but the Chou Uraku Gazan style is simply delicious. But Chou-Urai Gazanryu is simply delicious. It is spicy. I had it with fish cake from Suzukama, and it was delicious.

Mikotsuru is delicious. This is the best sake I've had recently. This sake will be popular. It is a good sake that conveys the taste of Japanese rice. I like Nagano sake.
