Nice aroma, round sweet taste of rice. The acidity is just right, with a slight bitterness at the end. The sweetness is not sticky, and even when served at room temperature, it tastes round and gentle. This may be my favorite label in the Abe series. It tastes like you want to drink it all the time and be wrapped up in happiness. I would recommend it to those who like sweet and sour tastes.

The aroma is subdued and the lactic acid-like taste comes first. The sweetness is followed by a bit of bitterness. The taste is refreshing. The structure of the wine is very solid, which is hard to believe for a 13%. It is my first time to drink it, but I would like to try others.

Another year, another season of snow heaven. The aroma of rice. Sweetness and moderate acidity in the mouth. It is juicier and sweeter than last year. The aftertaste is less bitter and finishes crisp and clean. It should be warmed up later. It is a repeat purchase. I like nigori in both winter and spring.

I think Abe Shuzo has a lot to like in terms of alcohol content and taste. It seems to have been created using Shunyo, the main edible yeast, and white yeast yeast yeast yeast. The flavor is a piquant plus acidity and umami, with a white wine-like quality. A few days after opening, the juicy flavor and lightness of the low alcohol content come out, and you can't help but say, "Delicious! I could not help but say, "Delicious! The aftertaste is not too bitter, so it was easy to drink even if you are a weak drinker.

I bought it after a liquor store recommended it to me. When I first opened it, I thought it was hard and easy to drink, but bitter. After letting it sit for a while, the aroma spread and it had a fruity ginjo aroma. It has a sweet but clean taste. The bitterness in the aftertaste is sharp, and when it goes down the throat, it has a moderate alcohol taste. It is more attractive when served with a side dish than as a stand-alone sake. Seems to go well with soup stock.

I don't have a picture of the one I drank at home, but I found a picture of the one I had at a corner bar before. Shun Ten Bi. I was surprised when the cork blew out when I opened it! It is more lively than the winter Tenbi Nigori and has a fruity, fruity taste. The bitterness is similar to that of Junmai Ginjo, but the silky component makes it easy to drink. It is probably a good match for simply seasoned snacks. It can also be drunk on its own. We are looking forward to drinking this year's new sake.

I don't have a picture of it because it was before, so I'll just leave my impression. The aroma is fresh, and when you drink it, you can taste sweetness and acidity, with a lingering bitterness. The bitterness is more pronounced than the aroma suggests, but after the bottle is opened, it settles down and you are ready for another drink. It is a wonder.

I have not been able to keep track. On reflection, I will commit it to memory. I was curious about this first low alcohol, so I bought it and drank it at the end of summer after letting it sit for a while. It was easy to drink and refreshing when opened, but after about 2 days, the sweetness came forward and it became a round and tasty cohesive beer. It has a good flavor and is not too light, so it went well with food.

This is a collaboration sake with Tatumi Seiyakudo. It is perfect for drinking slowly while eating. It has a modest aroma, and is not too sweet, but has a sharpness that changes depending on what you pair it with. It has a mature taste for someone like me who tends to choose sweet sake.

I tried the much talked about Amami nigori. I had an image of nigori as being a bit heavy, but Tenbi is silky and soft. It has a fresh taste and is very crisp when opened. It has a sweet aroma of rice, and when you drink it, it has a gentle sweetness and acidity. The aftertaste is not sticky and there is no bitterness, and it finishes quietly. When lukewarm, the acidity increases a little and it has a sweet and sour taste. Recommended.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it, but I was invited to a store where I found it. The aroma is sweet and fruity. When you drink it, it has a lactic acid sourness and sweetness. There is also a roundness of light nigori. It has a juicy flavor with a crisp feeling. It also has a pineapple taste. It is delicious. It's a little blurry and the only photo I have is the back of the label, so I think I'll welcome it to my home.

A sweet sparkling type. It was good to enjoy it like a dessert wine. It has an aroma of lactic acid, and when you drink it, the sweetness and flavor spread to your mouth. Koei Kiku again. Around here, I started to realize that Kouei-Kiku is my favorite brand. Whatever I drink, it's always good, and I think it's my favorite. It's fruity and has a juicy flavor. It also tastes better after a few days, which is great for people who drink a bottle over the course of a week.

Sai-rai was a hot topic. A new brand of sake. It's a modern sake which is a little different from the image of sake. It is a modern sake. The package is also refreshing and could be used as a souvenir for a women's party. The taste is not too heavy and not too sweet, so it is easy to drink. It has a muscat aroma, so it might go well with western food.

I bought this instrument Masamune because my followers said it was delicious. To the drooping mouth that seems to be a seasonal thing. It has a good balance of umami and refreshment and is not heavy, so it goes well with meals. Considering the price, it is a bargain bottle.

A collection of things I've been drinking and not writing about. Here's another honored chrysanthemum. Tsukikage. I tasted it for a fee, and chose one of the two. 14 degrees, but it has a robust taste. It might be a masculine type. You can enjoy it as a sake with snacks.

Aroma of green apple like fruit. On the palate, you'd think it was a white wine. Freshly opened, it is tangy, but as the days go by, it becomes soft and juicy. The aftertaste is refreshingly bitter, with alcohol lingering at the end. If you are not careful when opening the bottle, the cork will fly off. It is so vigorous.
