Nice aroma, round sweet taste of rice. The acidity is just right, with a slight bitterness at the end. The sweetness is not sticky, and even when served at room temperature, it tastes round and gentle. This may be my favorite label in the Abe series. It tastes like you want to drink it all the time and be wrapped up in happiness. I would recommend it to those who like sweet and sour tastes.

I think Abe Shuzo has a lot to like in terms of alcohol content and taste. It seems to have been created using Shunyo, the main edible yeast, and white yeast yeast yeast yeast. The flavor is a piquant plus acidity and umami, with a white wine-like quality. A few days after opening, the juicy flavor and lightness of the low alcohol content come out, and you can't help but say, "Delicious! I could not help but say, "Delicious! The aftertaste is not too bitter, so it was easy to drink even if you are a weak drinker.

I bought it after a liquor store recommended it to me. When I first opened it, I thought it was hard and easy to drink, but bitter. I don't have a picture of the one I drank at home, but I found a picture of the one I had at a corner bar before. Shun Ten Bi. I was surprised when the cork blew out when I opened it! It is more lively than the winter Tenbi Nigori and has a fruity, fruity taste. The bitterness is similar to that of Junmai Ginjo, but the silky component makes it easy to drink. It is probably a good match for simply seasoned snacks. It can also be drunk on its own. We are looking forward to drinking this year's new sake.

I have not been able to keep track. On reflection, I will commit it to memory. I was curious about this first low alcohol, so I bought it and drank it at the end of summer after letting it sit for a while. It was easy to drink and refreshing when opened, but after about 2 days, the sweetness came forward and it became a round and tasty cohesive beer. It has a good flavor and is not too light, so it went well with food.

This is a collaboration sake with Tatumi Seiyakudo. It is perfect for drinking slowly while eating. It has a modest aroma, and is not too sweet, but has a sharpness that changes depending on what you pair it with. It has a mature taste for someone like me who tends to choose sweet sake.

I tried the much talked about Amami nigori. I had an image of nigori as being a bit heavy, but Tenbi is silky and soft. It has a fresh taste and is very crisp when opened. It has a sweet aroma of rice, and when you drink it, it has a gentle sweetness and acidity. The aftertaste is not sticky and there is no bitterness, and it finishes quietly. When lukewarm, the acidity increases a little and it has a sweet and sour taste. Recommended.
