A sweet sparkling type. It was good to enjoy it like a dessert wine. It has an aroma of lactic acid, and when you drink it, the sweetness and flavor spread to your mouth. The bitterness is almost non-existent, and the acidity cuts through the bitterness. I couldn't finish it in one glass and drank it again the next day, but it was still delicious even after the carbonation was removed.
