It is more lively than the winter Tenbi Nigori and has a fruity, fruity taste. The bitterness is similar to that of Junmai Ginjo, but the silky component makes it easy to drink. It is probably a good match for simply seasoned snacks. It can also be drunk on its own. We are looking forward to drinking this year's new sake.
