sakuhito1214I bought it after a liquor store recommended it to me. When I first opened it, I thought it was hard and easy to drink, but bitter. After letting it sit for a while, the aroma spread and it had a fruity ginjo aroma. It has a sweet but clean taste. The bitterness in the aftertaste is sharp, and when it goes down the throat, it has a moderate alcohol taste. It is more attractive when served with a side dish than as a stand-alone sake. Seems to go well with soup stock.
