Frozen sake. Normally, freezing sake causes the alcohol to separate, which can be disastrous, but this is a special freezing method that eliminates that problem, and the sake is freshly made and frozen immediately! It stays cold forever and tastes much better. I hope this will become popular in the future.

This is the first sake I have had. I was not a fan of Omachi, but this is delicious! It is as good and easy to drink as the Jyushiyo and Jikin that I have just had. I'm glad I found it, I'll visit a sake brewery next time!

As of October 5, 2023, this sake is at the top of my list. The aroma, the umami of rice, the richness, the nice sweetness, and the mouthfeel are all in perfect balance. The most amazing thing is that there is absolutely no alcohol taste, which is unique to sake, and there is no cloying taste at all. It is a sake that seems to have been made with great care. Unfortunately, they don't seem to make this sake anymore, so I can't repeat it... I hope they bring it back! I hope it will be revived!

Junmai Daiginjo is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake. Light on the palate, it has a non-habitual taste that can be loved by anyone. It does not smell of alcohol after drinking, and is a product that can be said to be a true Kuroryu!
