It is written "Hou no Mai" and reads "Ageha no Mai". It was our first time drinking sake from this brewery, and we both fell in love with it. We actually bought and drank it on the 23rd, but it was so delicious that we forgot to take a picture of it, so we uploaded it on today's "Ebi Matsuri" (shrimp festival).

I had a glass of it with some simmered kinmedai (sea bream) that my wife cooked for me. It is good lukewarm, but it was also delicious at room temperature. It was the first time for me to drink a sake made from Yamada-Nishiki, which is a special grade A sake, and it was very mellow and full-bodied.

It rained and the temperature dropped very low in Saitama. My wife prepared oden from noon, so we had warmed sake for the evening. I chose Kutouryuu's gem, and I liked the taste. I heard that there will be a second round of oden tomorrow, so I will be able to enjoy it again tomorrow.

The weather has turned autumn-like, and my wife requested a lukewarm sake, so I bought this to accompany her this evening. It was a "mellow" sake, just as the name implies, that went well with our first horse sashimi in a long time.

I bought this sake when Matsuoka Sake Brewery in my hometown of Saitama collaborated with my daughter when she was into the anime "Osomatsu-san". I didn't drink it after I bought it because I didn't want to waste it, but when my daughter lost interest in it, I tried it. It was a very mild and delicious sake.

I really wanted to drink the lukewarm Meikyojo-Seiki that I drank the other day, so I installed a hot sake warmer and bought a repeat bottle. It was very mellow, rich and delicious. I have never had sake "heated" before, but I have a feeling I might get hooked on it.

This is the second of two bottles I purchased at a recent tasting at a local liquor store. I was told that it tastes great cold to lukewarm, but since I was drinking raw oysters, I drank it cold. It was a very well-balanced and delicious sake. Next time I would like to try it lukewarm, which the brewer recommended.

Yesterday, the head of the brewery visited our neighborhood liquor store for a tasting. I was not able to drink it because I was driving, but the president of the company explained the tasting to me personally, and this is the first of the two bottles my wife chose. I drank it for dinner, but it was so delicious that I drank too much and could not post it yesterday.

Sake from my hometown, Saitama. I found this brewery during my son's soccer practice game expedition. This time, we were playing golf nearby, so we stopped by. The sake is of course easy to drink and delicious, but the "Narazuke" sold at the store is also excellent.

I heard that tonight's dinner was supposed to be bonito sashimi, so I bought a bottle of Kure from Kochi and went home, but they didn't sell any bonito sashimi, so I ended up with grilled mackerel. It was a delicious sake, dry but with a gentle aroma. Rice polishing ratio 60 Sake degree +5
