The aroma is very good at refrigerator temperature. However, the taste is a bit too alcoholic. When it is near room temperature, the sweetness increases and it becomes mellow and delicious. It is best to chill it well and enjoy the aroma in a glass of white wine, and then drink it while eating slowly. Rice polishing ratio 65%.

Mouthwatering white wine with sake flavor, sort of. Delicious! I would give it to someone who says, "I don't like sake. I opened a bottle that I had been saving because it was a rare item, but I thought the aroma might have been a little off. Should I have stored it in the refrigerator? Should I have kept it in the fridge? Was two years too much time? Can't wait for the fresh 2022 version!

It's cold every day, so tonight we're having Junmai sake and oden. Warmed to 40 degrees Celsius, dry with a delicious flavor. As it cools down, it becomes a little sweeter. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, on par with Ginjo. No wonder it's so easy to drink!

Oh my! Tropical sourness. Delicious! It's sweet, but in balance with the acidity, it's elegant. I'd be careful not to drink too much of this, it's so good on the palate! I can't stop drinking it! I'm drinking it chilled in the refrigerator, but as it warms up, the spiciness increases! It's also delicious! The rice polishing ratio is 65%.

Chinese Zodiac Labels for the Year of the Tiger 2022 The illustration is cute! When I chilled it in the refrigerator and drank it in a wine glass as usual, the flavor was strong but a little sour for me... After letting it sit on the table for a while, I tried drinking it again, and the sourness tapered off, and it became much more pleasant to the palate! The ginjo aroma was also present and quite delicious! It's raw sake, so it needs to be refrigerated, but I think I like it better when it's not too cold. It's amazing how much better it tastes when the temperature changes!

Chill it in the refrigerator and serve it with hot oden. It's refreshingly dry, and I wonder if it's milder than before. It has a slight sweetness to it, and I like the non-wide-mouth container. It's clean, easy to drink, has a good flavor, and seems to go well with soft-tasting Japanese food. It is also delicious with dashi. Brewing alcohol added, rice polishing ratio 60%.

It's less than a thousand yen, but it has a nice, soft ginjo aroma. Chill it in the refrigerator and drink it in a special glass. Slightly dry and refreshing. This sake has won the gold medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award for five consecutive years. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Good as a midday drink!

It has a clear ginjo aroma. It is a dry sake. It looks like sake in an inoguchi, but I prefer to drink it in a glass. It has a good aroma, so a vertical glass is recommended to gather the aroma to the tip of the nose. I like to drink it well chilled to make it refreshing.

This is a local sake from Aizu that came from the KURAND sake gacha. It has a slightly dry taste, and a slight bitterness remains. The aroma is different from the ginjo aroma. I wonder if it comes from the rice. Rice: Yume-no-Ka, Polishing ratio 60%, Yeast: TM-1, JSA 1801

I dunked a sake bottle in the electric kettle and had a lukewarm, heated sake today. It's rather dry, isn't it? It's normal, but there's no miscellaneous flavors, and it's refreshingly mild and easy to drink.

Oh, this is so good! Store it in the fridge and drink it in a wine glass. Tropical ginjo aroma. It's not so sweet as to be sweet, not so dry as to be dry, but it spreads a lot of flavor. Happy~! I wonder if this umami like soup stock is Omachi~? It's thick, but you can feel the acidity on the tip of your tongue, so it's not overpowering. This is delicious~! 100% "Omachi" from Okayama Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 50%.

The master's favorite drink. Chilled in the refrigerator and served in a wine glass with southern tuna kama or sashimi. Easy to drink, full-bodied Junmai Ginjo sake. Not sweet, but mildly dry. It has a strong umami flavor! I love the rich, dashi-like aftertaste! 100% "Wakamizu" from Kanagawa Prefecture is used. Polishing ratio 55%. Association No.9 yeast used

It is called "Tanrei Junmai-shu". It is a little dry. Polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.4 The recommended way to drink it is chilled in a cup. It's a pity that I don't like the aroma like Kenryo. Everything else is normal, so it's just a matter of taste~.

100% Omachi, 50% polished rice, low alcohol content of 14 degrees. It has a sweet taste but does not linger and is crisp. Cool, gentle and easy to drink sake. The aroma is also fruity. This is the perfect summer sake for these hot days! Chill it in the refrigerator and enjoy it in a chilled wine glass.

Not sparkling, but slightly carbonated with gentle bubbles. Lightly cloudy? Sweet, tangy and slightly pungent. Chilled in the refrigerator and served in a wine glass. I'd rather drink it alone as an aperitif or snack than with a meal. I wonder what PETILLANT is? This year is the first time to brew it, so it is rare and scarce. I'll have to buy it when I find it...

Organic rice, Asahi rice, Polishing ratio 65%. My daughter who likes cats was caught by the illustration. When I chilled it in the refrigerator and drank it in a glass, it had a slightly dry and refreshing taste. It's easy to drink even when it's room temperature and the sweetness and spiciness become a little easier to feel.

Western-style bottle. Tried it in a tasting glass, yum! I also like drinking it in a Riedel Daiginjo glass. In a regular wine glass, the acidity is diluted and it's a bit too sweet. It's a very easy to drink sake with a good balance of smooth, elegant sweetness and refreshing acidity, and it's full-bodied. Hmmm, is it different from traditional sake? It was featured in Bakarhythm's Adult's Tamenami Rhythm, in the Drinking Iron episode, and I agree with his impression. The rice polishing ratio is 55%.

It seems to be characterized by a crisp sourness. It is full and has a strong sweetness, but the result of harmonizing with the acidity is delicious! The gentle aroma that is not overpowering also helps the harmony and makes it smooth to drink. We serve it well chilled in a wine glass. It is a solid sake that you can drink like a rich sweet wine.
