The illustration is cute!
When I chilled it in the refrigerator and drank it in a wine glass as usual, the flavor was strong but a little sour for me...
After letting it sit on the table for a while, I tried drinking it again, and the sourness tapered off, and it became much more pleasant to the palate!
The ginjo aroma was also present and quite delicious!
It's raw sake, so it needs to be refrigerated, but I think I like it better when it's not too cold.
It's amazing how much better it tastes when the temperature changes!
