This is a local sake from Aizu that came from the KURAND sake gacha.
It has a slightly dry taste, and a slight bitterness remains.
The aroma is different from the ginjo aroma. I wonder if it comes from the rice.
Rice: Yume-no-Ka, Polishing ratio 60%, Yeast: TM-1, JSA 1801
