Perhaps because my expectations were too high, I was not as impressed as when I first drank Otters 45 ... .

This is a sake from Nagano that I purchased on a long-serving trip in November.
It was one of the drinks I drank during a shot tasting at a liquor store called "Sakaeya" in Bessho Onsen.
Unusually, it has a slightly gassy texture on the tongue and is delicious (laugh).

It is cooled. It is light, dry and refreshing. It tastes good. With sashimi that goes well with salted ponzu and sliced onions.... ...3.5+...maybe next time.
