The acidity is high, but the sweetness is there, so it's easy to drink, It has a high acidity, but it's sweet enough to be easy to drink! It tastes different, but I can drink it like drinking apple cider vinegar. The sweet but refreshing acidity is not fair. Citric acid from white yeast rice. Citric acid does a good job, doesn't it?
