Aroma with a refreshing sourness - good. It is a good sourness. Firm sourness. I felt a stinging sensation on my tongue. I am already drunk, so is it true? It says "like cheese. I see what you mean. I don't feel the sweetness so much, so it is probably very easy to drink. But I still feel lactobacillus. Mizu-hashiroshi is interesting, and I like it.

Middle. They say it's yeast-free. Wow! I feel a heavy, pungent sweetness. I wonder if this "pung" is sourness. The acidity is strong, of course. I feel the heaviness of Yamahai, but is this sensibility correct? I'm drinking it with leek miso, and it's delicious. I think it enhances the sweetness of the leek miso. I like to drink Yamahai sometimes. It's the kind I don't drink every day.

Rightmost, only this one is at room temperature. The color is nice. It also has a heavy taste and sweetness. It's a bit too sweet for my taste, so I guess there are different tastes. Maybe the room temperature makes the taste come through. It has a complex taste. Umakoi. I wonder how it will be when it is cooled down.

In the middle. The sweet aroma. It's been a long time since I've had this one. The sweetness is heavier than I expected, and it's different from what I remember from a few years ago. The description of the store says it's a sexy sake. It is indeed! It's the kind of sake I like to sip at the end of the day. I like it!

Leftmost. It feels like a lactobacillus drink. I haven't had it in a few years. It is not as sweet and refreshing as I expected. Is the aroma a little bit strong? I can drink it easily. I had the impression that the one I had a few years ago was sweeter, but I guess it depends on the year it is made.

For the record only. I received this as a gift, I don't know how to manage it, I don't know if I felt it tasted strong because it was sleeping or if it was the original taste.

Middle. This one is also unhydrated. This one is also delicious. Maybe a little sweeter than Akitsuho? Is the gassiness moderate? Maybe it's the time of year when it was opened. It's fruity and great. Easy to drink.

It is a little spicy and tasty. Junmai Ginjo has more sharpness. Sweetness may be moderate. You can feel the alcohol in the taste. It is delicious. I think this one will be a hit too.

Sweet and sour! It's a light, easy-drinking sake! I'm glad to be able to compare this one to the next kijoshu. I feel like the lactic acidity is close, but maybe that's just my imagination. The sweetness is stronger in Kijoshu. The lightness of this Yuki no Mayu. Today, all of them are to my liking and are delicious. I guess light sake is easier to drink. Sometimes I like a strong one, though. ❤️

The sweet aroma is very good. I haven't had kijoshu for a long time, but it is very nice and not too sweet. It is said to be an assemblage of kijo-shu made with yellow and white malted rice. It has a sweet and sour taste, not too sweet, and like the other two types, it is a light sake that you can drink easily. I want a bottle.

Second from left. What does it mean to repeat a handwork over and over again? It means it takes a lot of time and effort. It is thicker than the one on the left. But it is not too thick and very tasty. It's nice to drink easily from a wooden yeast yeast yeast. ......
