I'm not getting enough exercise these days. I walked 2 hours from my house to visit Shiraga to open the brewery. I took my time and visited the brewery just before the brewery closed. Limited Sake for "Kurabiraki" (opening of new brewery) The sweetness is unique to the brewing of glutinous rice. Delicious acidity and umami!
