Kohei
Stopped by on the way back from Tamba.
When I asked for a tasting, I was taken to a dining room-like place where I was served a beautiful sake cup and tasted a generous amount of seven different kinds of sake!
I was so surprised that they allowed us to drink so much!
We bought a Daiginjo of my wife's choice!
The rice used for the sake was Kyoto-grown rice called "Shuku"!
Refreshing aroma
Elegant sweetness and mild acidity
The umami of the rice comes out slowly
Delicious!
