My wife bought this sake for me at Hamafukutsuru's brewery opening. I couldn't go because of work, but she bought me a limited edition sake from the brewery. Thanks 😙. Melon and muscat-like aroma. Slightly effervescent and delicious with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Even the daiginjo has a delicious rice flavor. It is really delicious! I asked my wife to buy a goody bag at the brewery opening, but it was sold out by 10:00 in the morning! It seemed that you had to line up an hour before the event to get one! Hearing that freshly pressed sake was for sale at 4:00 in the morning, I drove two hours down the road from my house to visit the brewery! The name "Kesashibori" is stylish! The koji rice is 50% and the kake rice is 70%. Dry, light nigori with a strong acidity P.S. When I drank it a week later, the curd was removed and the umami flavor came out.
