The first sake I ever drank in my life
I drank it at Food and Sake Buri!
(Not only do they serve great sake, but they also have great yakitori! The liver in particular will make your cheeks fall off!)
I've yet to find a sake that is better than Shinsei Xtype.
It's the strongest... impossible... what is it... please give me the vocabulary to describe this deliciousness...
I was happy to dedicate my first (meaningful) to you, Shinsei!

I got this sake from a teacher at the Go salon where I work part-time.
It's a little sticky, and I'm not sure if you like it or not, but I really like it! It was easy to drink! It's good not to swallow it right away but to leave it in your mouth and enjoy it.
