Purchased at the roadside station "Fermentation no Sato Kouzaki". This is a roadside station in Chiba, just on the border with Ibaraki. The aroma is moderate, and the taste is slight. Light aftertaste, slightly spicy. Easy to drink. It is the type of sake that you will reach for if you find it by your side!

Purchased at a local supermarket. It is gorgeous and slightly sweet. Not my favorite taste, but it is a good sake. Not bad at all. It's just not my favorite. I guess I should be careful with sake named "ginjo".

Purchased at a souvenir shop at Hamamatsu Station. Rich in aroma and moderately spicy, this is a good sake. It also tastes like good water. I think it tastes more like sake bought in the mountains of Yamanashi or Chichibu. It is clearly different from the one from Ibaraki. The aroma is richer here. Sake is interesting!

Slightly lean on the palate. Strong aroma with a clean aftertaste. Moderately spicy and easy to drink. This is my favorite sake. I would be happy to have it by my side every day. It is a sake that makes me think so. I received it as a tax return gift from my hometown in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture.

I bought this sake on a roadside station tour in Nagano. After drinking, the aroma and alcohol quickly dissipate, and then a moderate spiciness spreads to the palate. It has a full-bodied impression. It has a pleasant taste and is easy to drink. It is not too sweet. It is not too spicy. It is a sake to enjoy the aroma. It's firm and tasty!

A bottle for this year's New Year's celebration. It is a very refreshing sake. I would say it is more on the sweet side. The spiciness and aroma are light, and it has a soft and pleasant taste. This year was a fun year for me as I traveled around on my motorcycle, which is a hobby of mine, and bought sake from the places I traveled to. I hope to see many more sake next year. Purchased at Healthy Terrace Saku Minami, Roadside Station. The first taste is dry and watery. The aroma and a slight pungency come later. The smoothness is only at the beginning, but later you can feel a slight, thickening weight. Yes, it is a delicious sake!

Sake from Ibaraki. It is smooth and easy to drink, but the aroma of chitin remains. Not too sweet, but not too spicy. Just right sake. I thought it was just right, but I was told that the sweetness and spiciness level is dry +4. It is not unpleasantly spicy. It is very elegant. Sake from Ibaraki is elegant and delicious. I have that impression. I would drink it every day.

Yum! Rich in aroma and moderately spicy. A good sake to drink every day. I like this very much. Purchased at a souvenir store near Joren no Taki waterfall. I didn't get to see the Amagi Tunnel (the real one) due to time constraints on this trip, but I would definitely go back and buy it again!

Fresh draft sake. A drink at an izakaya near Matsumoto station. My first sensation. When I took a sip, I thought it was slightly carbonated. It was refreshing without any unpleasant taste. Delicious! I wasn't sure if I felt that way because it was a draft or if it tasted that way. But anyway, this sake is delicious!

Purchased at a roadside station in Gunma. It is a good sake, refreshing and tasty, yet moderately spicy. It is a good type of sake that you might end up drinking too much of because it has a nice mouthfeel. I would buy it again if I ever go back to Gunma! Highly recommended!

Purchased at Ashigakubo, a roadside station. You can only drink it in summer! It is a seasonal drink. It is a refreshing drink that does not linger on the tongue. The spiciness is more like an aroma, and it leaves a pungent taste in the nose. It's spicy. This is spicy!
