Slightly lean on the palate. Strong aroma with a clean aftertaste. Moderately spicy and easy to drink. This is my favorite sake. I would be happy to have it by my side every day. It is a sake that makes me think so.
I received it as a tax return gift from my hometown in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture.
