This is the last of the sakes we got from the sake gacha.
According to the KURAND classification, it is a rich and dry Junmaishu.
Personally, I find it sweet, so I'd say it's mellow sweet.
I think it's a good sake with a rich sweetness of rice.

This sake has a light, dry taste. We drank it with sushi and it didn't interfere with the taste of the sushi.

I couldn't go back home for Obon, and when I was thinking about what to drink at home, I came across this.
When I saw the POP that said it was "Shah's exclusive rice wine", I decided immediately.
It has a numbing strength (dry taste), but it has a nice aroma that goes right through the nose, and yet it has a mellow taste, just like the Colonel (laughs).
I was a little lost, but I'm glad I made the right decision at the time.

This is the fifth set of Niigata sake we received from our seniors and classmates.
It's not an exaggeration to say that this is the origin of our sake (although it may have been a different selection at the time).
It's a dry sake, but it's so easy to drink, I can't get enough of it.
