I don't know how to divide it, but I think dry is right. I feel it is a pure rice wine.

I bought it at a local supermarket because it was 200 yen (including tax).
The mouthfeel is mellow and the taste is sweet.
If it's this size and this taste, I can finish it in one day.

I couldn't go back home for Obon, and when I was thinking about what to drink at home, I came across this.
When I saw the POP that said it was "Shah's exclusive rice wine", I decided immediately.
It has a numbing strength (dry taste), but it has a nice aroma that goes right through the nose, and yet it has a mellow taste, just like the Colonel (laughs).
I was a little lost, but I'm glad I made the right decision at the time.

It's a mellow drink with a solid taste.
It seems they only serve it at the event that was cancelled in Corona, so I'm glad I chose it.

This is the fifth set of Niigata sake we received from our seniors and classmates.
It's not an exaggeration to say that this is the origin of our sake (although it may have been a different selection at the time).
It's a dry sake, but it's so easy to drink, I can't get enough of it.
Maybe we should have made it the first sake in the comparison...

It's said to have won the 2013 Gold Medal in the lukewarmed category, but I tried it cold (laughs).
I'm not sure if it's because it's chilled, but I think it's sweet rather than dry.
