I found Kin Kame Gin Kame at a liquor store I stopped by on my trip! I bought it immediately! First, the Kinkame! The aroma is mellow and sweet. It has a rounded mouthfeel with a rich sweetness followed by a clean bitter sharpness! Although it is alky, it has no peculiar taste and is refreshing!

We got some Shinshu Kamerei, so we opened them all at once at a drinking party and compared them! I've never had a Junmai Ginjo of Yamadanishiki before! I had such high expectations for Shinshu Kamerei's Yamadanishiki! When opened, the aroma is fruity, but the impression in the mouth is a little mature. I thought this might change after a few days, and by the third day, the juicy sweetness and bitterness seemed to have opened up! As the days go by, the whole wine becomes more cohesive and balanced, and it's still delicious! It was a bottle, so I was very happy to be able to enjoy the changes in flavor!

Limited production of 600 bottles here! The supreme aftertaste of the sea of turtles! 10,000 yen for a bottle of 4 gougo bottles! It is made like a noble sake, but instead of brewing water, daiginjo-shu is used for its extravagance! The aroma is fresh and fruity like muscat! When freshly opened in the mouth, it has a white wine-like acidity and sweetness, and as the day goes by, the sweetness increases and it turns into a mellow and noble wine-like taste!

Asahi Shuzo, a well-known brewery in Niigata, recently released Senju Junmai Ginjo from Kubota. It was in my bulk order, but I didn't like it that much and my parents seemed to like it more, so I brought it to my parents' house and tasted it as a gift! The aroma was clean and unobtrusive, and the taste was not flashy, but it was nicely integrated and tasted better than I expected. But I decided to give it to my parents, so I gave it to them as a gift.
