I drank a local Tokushima sake, Hosui! It has a clear, clean, slightly melon-like taste, with a great balance of acidity, sweetness, and flavor, and is extremely delicious! It's no surprise, but I was surprised that the taste was completely different from the honjozo sake my grandfather often drank!

We opened a bottle of Akabu Junmai, NEWBORN! It's a new sake, so it's very fresh with a chirpy, gassy feeling. It has a beautiful, firm sweetness and umami, with a light acidity that gives it a white grape feel! It is very delicious!

I've been feeling better, so I opened a bottle of sake for a long time! It is Sentori's Akatombo! It has a crisp acidity and a moderate sweetness that is typical of Sentori, and a bitter grapefruit-like taste that comes on slowly.
