It's the well-known Isoban, isn't it! It's a sake that goes especially well with fish from the local area of Yaizu where the brewery is located.
I had it with the sashimi of the kanbora. It's a great harmony.

Concept Worker's Selection sake.
Sake brewing is an art. The moment you drink this sake, you will think, "What? Is this sake? Wine? What? What? But as the concept says, don't drink it with your head, feel it! This is my first sake from Ibaraki Prefecture! It was brewed with subsoil water from the Kinugawa River system, which is soft and fine!
It is very refreshing, and I enjoyed it with sashimi. I was very impressed with the natural flow of the sake and the way it turned out. Thank you❗️😄👍🏻

The name "Hato Masamune" is said to have come from the fact that a pigeon landed on the storehouse's altar, dwelt there, and was dedicated as a guardian god. The pigeon is a symbol of peace. I received this while praying for the world to become a peaceful world as soon as possible😊.
