Norikura Kogen
It seems to be an original sake buried in the snow. It seems to be made with Yamada-Nishiki, and has a delicious taste that matches the price (3,100 yen/300ml).
The sake on the left. I like it because it is the easiest to drink of all the sakes we had today.
Not only this sake, but all the sake from Shizuoka Prefecture are delicious.
