It is a heavy wine. It may be lighter than in the past, but it has a depth that can be paired with any meal. The acidity on the palate and the light wooden vat. And a heavy aftertaste, probably from Misato Nishiki. It is no wonder that my friends always open this bottle when they come over to my house.
