The label is inspired by the glossy black color of lacquered lacquer. First of all, I was impressed by its handsome appearance. The aroma is less assertive and the sake in the mouth is soft but not lingering. It is an elegant and pleasant sake.

I went to the brewery I wanted to visit on my trip to Yamanashi. We jumped in just before the store closed and the Junmai Daiginjo we were looking for was sold out. This time, we bought a set to compare. The first one was Junmai Ginjo! It is a strong but light sake that can be enjoyed with a meal.

I bought it for New Year's... The sister on the label invited me... She wants me to drink it. Every time I opened the fridge. And then she seduces me into drinking Open! The sweetness and aroma are soft and floral. The crispness that does not linger on the tongue. It seems to go well with any dish.

I traveled to the "udatsu-lined streets" of Mino, which I had always wanted to visit. It was a wonderful place ~ ☺️ I bought a bottle of Hyakushun at the brewery. It is fresh, fruity, and has a refreshing aroma. It is a good sake for souvenirs for foreigners.

Miyazumi Meizou brewery is a sake brewery that I wanted to visit during my trip to Fukushima. I was happy to be able to sample and choose from a variety of sake at the direct sales counter. I bought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo. It was very fragrant, sweet and tasty, but refreshing, and I couldn't help but drink too much of it!

We stayed at Sawara Shokecho Hotel NIPPONIA. We were recommended "Nijinshizu" at the restaurant LE UN. It was a gorgeous wine-like sake. Le Un is a French restaurant in a renovated building that used to be a sake brewery.

This bottle was recommended to me at dinner at LE UN when I stayed in Sawara City, Chiba Prefecture. It had the flavor of a ginjo with the freshness of young grass. It is a sake that suits the town of Sawara, where the old is utilized in a new way.
